Support Obsidian clients better

1. Make references inaccessible after they have been used in invocations on remote instances.
2. Consider turning those references into references to stubs.
3. Handle deploying new contracts from within Obsidian clients.
4. Introduce a construct to support atomic blocks of transactions on the server when inside a client.
