Feature: Option on <Editor> to control menu docking

Doesn't look like there's an option to control editor initial docking status or general dockability. I'd rather like this! (Specifically, because I'd like the editor to start docked in my application.) 🙏

I've thought about this! Would you also want to be able to prevent the user from changing the state of the menu docking? Or is just setting the default sufficient?
