Create SDK Reference Docs

We need documentation for the Rhino.Inside SDK Provide an SDK reference web site for the public classes in Rhino.Inside.dll that can be used by other components and scripts

Proposed solutions Use https://github.com/mcneel/docify to generate a web site that people can reference. Steve needs to modify docify to work with more libraries than just RhinoCommon.
