Local Computes resets to 1 after restarting Rhino

Currently the setting for Local Computes resets to 1 after closing/reopening Rhino. It would be nice to be able to keep the settings for Local Computes the same across sessions.

We could add this as a value to set in Grasshopper preferences

Sounds great! I noticed it takes a few seconds to spin up the computes. It could be good to have a notification that Hops is in the process of spinning them up and when they are all ready.
