Start timer before adding name and project

It would be great if I could start the timer and then add the name and the project. This way there would be much less friction in terms of starting a timer. This is basically how both mobile and web versions work.

In the future, I plan to add the ability to edit your current timer (see #8), and this is something I will consider when redesigning the UI. You're right that the current flow isn't exactly what people are used to from Toggl's own system.

I can't promise this will change soon though, I will likely be unable to do big features until the end of my spring semester due to time constraints.
