Add Specific resolution to TensorRT Engine generation parameters

Feature Idea

In the UI, it would be a bit useful to have specified resolution for the engine you want to generate, particularly for making TRT engines of upscaling models. Maybe a "Custom" option in the aspect ratio select that allows for the same resolution input like the image generation UI does would be intuitive?
