Allow Parameter Group toggles to be controlled from preset

Feature Idea

Right now overriding any parameter within a parameter group in a preset will cause the group to become toggled on when the preset is applied. This means I can't set defaults for parameter groups that I don't want enabled every time the preset is applied (Like in the default preset).

Ideally the preset could control if a parameter group was toggled on, off or left in the same state.

This also applies to individual parameters that can be toggled, it would be nice to be able to set the value itself without toggling it on.
