Add out path format as a Swarm Internal parameter to allow per-call special formats

Riffing off a comment from @maedtb...

As shown below, there is a global user setting called OutpathBuilder that allows the user to set the directory structure and filename of generated images based on generation parameter data, etc.

It could be useful to include an optional local task-specific override of this global parameter within the Tools/Grid generation section while running a grid using the "Just Images" option.

This addition would allow a user to customize the directory/path organization based on the particular comparison task at hand without having the modify (and perhaps forget to later restore) the global one-shot image generation path settings. It would also allow other unrelated parallel tasks/sessions also running at the same time to keep the global sort order.
