Include SUPIR in SwarmUI

SUPIR is the best upscaler but requieres a olot of VRAM, the option of include supir with optimization with an inpainting options, checkpoints and loras will be incredible

Specifically this feature should add recognition for this Comfy node pack: https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-SUPIR

I note, recognition and not an autoinstaller - that license looks very unfriendly
