Swarm for AMD chips that need ROCM 7.1 (like Strix Halo)

Many of the new and cool AMD toys, like the Strix Halo (gfx1151), need ROCm 7.1 from TheRock to function properly. Which means that a default installation of SwarmUI (which installs ROCm 6.4) will not work.

I got around this by manually installing ComfyUI and manually compiling BitsAndBytes for ROCm 7.1. I'm sharing this to help others, and potentially to also collaborate improve Swarm for these cases.
