Video Model and Video Swap Model dropdowns broken on Remote

Expected Behavior

The image-to-video tab should always show all available models from the backend.

Actual Behavior

Sometimes when starting up a SwarmUI instance (my laptop) that is using a local backend (my desktop), it sometimes doesn't show any models in the image to video tab. The only way to fix this issue is generally to restart the SwarmUI instance on my laptop. This issue usually occurs if I were to restart the backend, or refresh the model tab on my laptop. All the models still appear in the model tab, they just can't be selected in the image-to-video tab. In rare circumstances, the only way to fix the issue is to restart both instance of SwarmUI, whereas normally just restarting the one on my laptop works. No models or loras are stored on my laptop, they are all on the backend, so this might be part of the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Load 2 instance of SwarmUI, the first being a Swarm-API backend, and the second being the instance that will use that backend (disable the comfy-ui self-starting backend). 2.Refresh the model tab in the second instance, and you'll see that you can no longer select an image-to-video model from the backend.
