Expose T5 Tokenizer options in the generate tab

Feature Idea

For Chroma the min padding in the T5 TokenizerOptions defalts to 1. However I have been experimenting with setting it to 0 as some people suggested and it seems to give slightly different but still good results. However it seems these settings are not exposed in the GUI/Generate tab but can only be changed from within the comfy workflow. Any possibility to add this in the generate options as well (as an advanced option I guess)?
