added new option to let user set a time to show a static clock

A lot of people might want to show static clock showing some fixed time, so I added an option "myTime" which is undefined by default so it will behave normally if myTime is not set, otherwise it will show a static clock at the input time value entered as date string, e.g: "December 17, 1995 03:24:00".
