A better place to ask this question (with more details) is on the boost-users mailing list: [email protected] Many more people will see your question.

Our general policy is not to remove old releases. If you look at https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost/ (which is where we used to put releases), you can see releases back to 1.20.

A much better place to ask this is on the boost-users mailing list: [email protected]. Many more people will see it there.

You should propose this on the mailing list; it will get you much wider visibility.

I'll just point out here that Tom Kent runs test bots that test gcc 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, and 4.9 (and others) See https://www.boost.org/development/tests/master/developer/summary.html

It would probably be better to discuss this on the boost mailing list. ([email protected])

I just looked in the 1.77.0 release. That file is present. I checked the 1.76.0 release. It's there too. Where did you get your boost installation? (and what version, etc).

I think changing to '(c)' is the simplest fix.

This is a discussion that would be better on the boost-developers mailing list ([email protected]). You'll get a much wider audience.

If you add a comment why android is in the list, then this will be fine. See line #197/8, etc of the file you're changing.
