[Feature Request] Project image onto Tiles

Right now you can project a matrix of HSVK colors, but it would be great to streamline the projection of image files, either with a project_image function for TileChain objects themselves, or with a utility function that takes in an image file and matrix dimensions, and outputs the HSVK matrix.
