Feature Request: Token Count / Cost Estimate

Would be incredible if the token count feature was available again (think was implemented in legacy version per #332). Maybe even a total USD cost estimate hidden in the profile section would be interesting

On top of this, we could have total token account/balance per user basis to track individual user's usage
