Could current 042 offering be used not on rusEFI as is?

What are all the gaps between current design and not-rusEFI usage?

Poke :) Looks like we have relevant HW progress but no SW progress? Was HW progress a fluke? Is it complete?

How about fallback to some hard-coded voltage assumption if no CAN RX happens for x number of seconds?
