Cryptic error message 'unable to open file `/tmp/magick-XXXXXX': No such file or directory @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/614' in zbarimg when missing image format support in MagickCore

Hi,

[We recently discovered this issue when running CI tests on zbarimg in Debian.] If ImageMagick currently doesn't support a particular image format it's trying to read (say because the appropriate package adding the additional functionality isn't installed), then one gets the cryptic error message about not being able to read a file in TMPDIR.

I haven't dug into what extent zbar could be doing better, but perhaps this could be addressed?
