Anyone can help with how to compile to ARM64 UWP?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone here is able to compile the library for ARM64 uwp to run as a static library on the Hololens 2. Any help is much appreciated! All I am looking for in term of functionality with the library is to detect and decode qr codes.
