rsync not starting

[unstablemaple]

Upon starting the docker container I get:

sb-mirror_1  | @ERROR: chdir failed
sb-mirror_1  | rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1859) [Receiver=3.2.7]

I have the required ports open, but I have no idea what's causing this.
