I tried this NoiseParams: Noise_XX_25519_ChaChaPoly_BLAKE3, but not supporting

BLAKE3 is a stronger version of BLAKE2, hope support it in future :)

@dvorakchen BLAKE3 isn't officially supported in the Noise specification, but I'm always open to adding unofficial feature-gated implementations.
