Couple tweaks

• One cosmetic change to the repr for DNSAddress to print nicer, and to handle IPv6 addresses • One change to the default bindaddress if one's not specified, so that it'll be less likely to bind to 127.0.0.1 which it seems to like to do on some ubuntu machines.
