Inkster-ESP32

Low power EPDiy compatible board - almost the same as EPDiy V5 board but with some useful tweaks.

Compared to EPDiy V5 board, it also has:

• Unique shape tailored for 6" and 9.7" displays allowing for very tight and compact projects
• 3 buttons
• WS2812 led
• NTC thermistor for temperature measurement
• Voltage divider to measure battery voltage
