https://i.imgur.com/6zshjGu.png just found this thing (on the screenshot) and in this chest my minecraft is laggy

What version are you using? What was it when you took it out of the Scanner? What did you scan, and what aspects did you select? If you throw it into lava does your minecraft get less laggy?

1: 1.16.5 2: In the drawer in the dungeon 3: i just marked that place and leave this place 4: my minecraft laggy when i in inventory with this item

then thats very likely not caused by this item.

the item simply donesnt do anything - its only saving data - so it cant degrate performanc eon its own. most likely something else is causing the lag. Thats why I suggested to provide the log since there are hints to what could cause it

log != crash report. just do it.

your bone can be broken but it wont bleed nor hurt. no crash != no problem
