[Suggestions] Some convenience features in the GUIs of NE generators

1. The Generator, as opposed to other NE generators, does not have a tooltip (containing the NE level) when hovering over the NE buffer meter in its GUI.

It would be nice if this behavior was in line with the other generators.

2. It is hard to tell at first sight how much NE a generator is generating per tick. This depends on the NE/Cycle value and the Cycles/Tick value, but it also seems to depend on the temperature. (Cooler seems to run faster, although I haven't found a mention of this behavior in the documentation.)

To make it easier to compare the effectiveness of different RAM/Chip configurations, it would be nice to have a NE/t value, or something analogous, visible somewhere (for example in the tooltip when hovering over the NE buffer in the GUI, or somewhere in the Screnching GUI).

2. the Escanner should tell you exactly that. -> so this needs to be more visible

Oh, wow, thank you for the tip! I never thought of scanning a generator with the E-scanner, but it does tell you the NE/s value!

You are right that having it be more visible wouldn't be a bad thing.

Can confirm that 1 is fixed in Futurepack version 21.0.3.
