Update Surface Elo to Ultimate Surface Elo, a blend between Overall, Surface and Set Elos, with weights optimized for predictability (use different weight mix for each of the surfaces + indoor). Save it in matches. Use it for Stats, Tournament Average Elo, Tournament Strength, Title Difficulty.
