Temporarily stops working after device has been locked

After you lock (Win+L) your device, unlock it and you'll find that Accent Applicator isn't apply accents anymore. You can then double click on Accent Applicator's tray icon and toggle off and on again the "Apply option changes in real time" option, and Accent Applicator will work again, until the next time you lock your device.

Windows 11, version 22H2 is the first Windows version I've experienced this bug on.
