Tab Image Saver Icon not showing up on Toolbar

Hi. I've been using Tab Image Saver for several years. I've just had to reinstall all of my Firefox extensions and the Tab Image Saver icon that was previously in the Toolbar did not appear. It is also not in the list of available icons under Customize Toolbar. I was able to bring up a tab with the Tab Image Saver Preferences that normally shows up by right clicking the toolbar icon, but I can't find a way to actually trigger any downloads.

I thought I could set up some keyboard shortcuts to use, but it will not let me type data into those fields.

Do you have any idea why this happened and what I can do to get access to that icon? If it is a Firefox issue, is there a workaround?

Never seen this happen before. Try installing in a new firefox profile.
