[Suggestion] Adaptive Arrow Sprite

I was playing around with spectral and tipped arrows and discovered that while the arrow counters still counts these arrows, the sprite doesn't change at all to reflect the arrow type currently in use. I was thinking that there could be an additional counter added -- a 'current' arrow counter that gives you the number of arrows of the type currently in use, on top of the overall arrow counter already in the mod.
