Refactor Unit Tests

Want to get rid of SpecFlow. Could better unit test things, too. At a minimum:

  • test GetRouteData and GetVirtualPath for inbound/outbound routing,
  • constraints, reflector, configuration, etc.
  • Create a Jasmine test suite for AttributeRouting.Tests.Web. But big ass link to routes.axd. Can navigate to example controllers from there.

Curious - why are you looking to get rid of SpecFlow?

Just think tests could be a bit better organized without it. Not dead set on it though.
