sidebar @media css in wrong order

Release 1.2.1 The base.css file has the @media queries for sidebars in the top. These gets overwritten by the generic .sidebar width setting further down in the file.

Thanks for reporting it, it seems related to the build pipeline. I'll need to investigate it.
