Using touch service with scrollable-content

Hello. I have a question about touch service. Can I use touch service (I need to know touch direction) on the element or on the whole page and still be able to scroll content?

I have this use case and can confirm that it works on v1.3.4. Although the original poster probably has no need for this answer anymore it may be useful to others arriving here with the same question. I believe this issue should also be closed.
