getting the same error. libav 12.3 build is mac os x Mojave the file I'm trying to fix is 3.5GB

I managed to fix my issue, I just checked the open PR and found one for large files (https://github.com/ponchio/untrunc/pull/161) I checked it out and compile and it also works. Thanks...
