Is the Kalman Filter Used?
In the original paper, I read that DS-KCF takes the motion model into account by incorporating the Kalman Filter. I was trying to find the instances of the Kalman Filter being applied here, but I couldn't find any. Is the Kalman Filter currently being used in the code? I found that OcclusionHandler has an instance of m_filter, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
