Support for AWS Nitro Enclaves

Is this at all possible?

Hi @dannydan412, currently, mc2 uses the Open Enclave SDK, while Nitro has their own SDK. It is certainly possible for mc2 to support Nitro by using the Nitro SDK, but we currently do not support it. We're definitely thinking of adding support for it at some point in the future though.
