If I use this USB Stick to boot to an added ISO e.g. Ubuntu

Exist Persistence between sessions - boot to an iso

If save data/files in Ubuntu booted today

Tomorrow if boot again this data/files will persist, CAN be ACCESSED...?

In addition, tried to add the iso from: https://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/

but I can Not boot now, to any iso like before to have added it.... well?
