UDP streaming not working from clients behind NAT

The server tries to send the RTP packets via UDP to the announced ports, but they never reach the client.

Its just a POC but it works.

This us a good proof of concept and worth implementing. I think you did an extra option when working on the aggregation fix so we could use an extra option

I wonder if at other RTSP clients do the same thing?

As I can recall GStreamer uses this method by default.
