fix bad version

This a very simple PR. Not sure of how you manage the versioning, but in the current release "v0.24" if you run mbt version the output is 0.23.0

@figuerascarlos Thanks for sending this through. This needs to be updated via our CI build. I will queue a build to get a new version with the correct version number. We can close this PR once it's published.
