Minor issue with restart schedule

Here's what I have in the environment:

AUTO_UPDATE	1
AUTO_UPDATE_SCHEDULE	"0 4 * * *"
SCHEDULED_RESTART	0
SCHEDULED_RESTART_SCHEDULE	0 2 * * *
TZ	"America/New_York"

Perhaps I'm misinterpreting things, but in my webhook I see the server restarting at midnight local. That's not quite late enough for me sometimes, so it gets skipped when I'm online. No biggie, but what could I have done wrong?

The fix for this is not use the cronjobs but rather use the cron utility from gsm
