update virtualenv in readme

I'm using virtualenvwrapper for all my projects, but I can see how your approach, just using plain vanilla virtualenv, might be easier for some people who are not familiar with virtualenv. I have merged some other pull requests and so this one now has merge conflicts. Would you mind to rebase this one and send it again?
