Add Ability to Use Text Boxes Alongside Writing

Feature/enhancement description:

Add the ability to create text boxes. Although this is primarily a drawing app, a really cool feature would be the ability to create text boxes, almost like how in photoshop you can draw, but also create text boxes. Godot already has the text labels, so it might just take some readjusting if implemented. Text boxes allow users to kinda draw their ideas, then label what they drew in a clean font, especially if their handwriting is messy like mine.

Like is said in the linked issue, that's not gonna happen until Godot 4.0 is out unfortunally. But i will leave this issue open so we have a place to discuss this if/when i start implement this ;)

@mbrlabs You probably already know this but just in case Godot 4.0 is released and the linked issue has a merged pull request. The change log also mentions new text rendering engine.

I support this, I found that this project was almost something i adopted as my daily note taking app (namely for things like chemistry). I really hope text boxes are added soon so we can do things like drawing graphs and stuff like that much easily.
