Issue description:
I am using a German QWERTZ Layout Keyboard, and I saw that the + besides the ENTER button and the + from the Numpad do not behave equal with preset "Plus" in keyboard shortcuts. The one besides ENTER is seen as = (probably ENG QWERTY keyboard layout) and Numpad+ is seen as "kp +" (actually the two sets between active num and non-active num pad works great for me,
but also non-active numpad results sometimes with key to be "unknown" (its actually described as "unknown".
And mouse buttons are not recognised (RMB, additional buttons on the mouse like mouse wheel left and right, front and back, ...) - I currently have my pen on the way so maybe it will be all working with a pen
Steps to reproduce: In Settings or general usage of canvas In both normal and fullscreen mode Version 0.6.0 Windows 10 latest security updates etc. There shouldn't be any interfering apps running (at my setup, such as mouse software etc. )
