Using nav-tabs to segment route endpoints

I'm trying to use nav-tabs to create sort of a navigation for a flask app. I plan for it to look like one of those here: http://bootsnipp.com/snippets/featured/panels-with-nav-tabs .

First I didn't want to duplicate code in the

and
snipets because every template in the app will need to have it's own div. So I have to repeat

and nav-tabs for every template and expand the div for the contents of that page/template. That doesn't sound efficient to me. I was hoping there'll be a way to put almost everything in the base template and then change/add the contents of the div for each applicable template. Is that possible?

Second, how would I match every endpoint / route to a tab's content in flask?
