'Add media' meta option inserts the image in the text editor, if image is loaded from a Url.

Hello,

I really love this plugin, has helped me a lot in my work. I'm just having a problem with the media field, which is that if I try to upload an image from a url, such as from lorempixel.com, the uploader inserts it in the text editor instead of showing up as a preview in that field.

I've tried up selecting an image from the library or uploading it from my computer, and it works as expected.

Please let me know if this is indeed a bug and if it can be fixed. Thanks!
