Problem with recent JSOC SHAP CEA files?

I don't know if this is the best way to raise this problem, let me know if this is not the case.

We were using recently SHARP cea definitive files, to study the event of October 1st. Some files are filled up with 0 and/or NaN. In particular, we're trying to use the vector field components from, for instance, the hmi.sharp_cea_720s.11930.20241001_000000_TAI series. Do you know if there is a problem right now with the JSOC files? We tried downloading the fits either using queries from sunpy, or directly using the online JSOC Export Data website, to obtain the same results with problematic files.
