Place new tab (for the other cases) After active tree child

Description

Some tab of an active tree is focused. I hit ctrl+t on the keyboard and want the new tab outside of the current tree always right under the last child of the current active one.

Panel start or end is not an option for me because I want to build a chronological tree structure that starts a new tree every time I open a new tab manually under the current one.

Is this possible or am I confused by something?
