Keybindings for moving selected tab to another panel.

Description

In the keybindings list, there is no option to move the selected tab to another panel. This would be useful for people who use mouse rarely.

For such a feature, we can choose one of the following (or maybe both):

1. Two keybindings to move the selected tab to panels adjacent (left/right) of the current one
2. Several keybindings to move the selected tab to panel number 1, 2, 3, ....

Would it be possible for the keybinding to pop up a list of panels, allowing selection of target?
