Tabs randomly leave its grouping leaving it empty

Steps to reproduce

Its random I'm afraid but the tab structure is that I have many tab groups and some tab groups have more tab groups within. Also have a few panels. About a few hundred tabs.

Expected behavior

Tabs within groups are expected to remain in their respective groupings.

Actual behavior

What happens is that the tabs come out of their groups and the tab group is empty while its previous tabs sit below the actual group name. Structure of tabs is also lost.

Seems to happen once a few weeks?

I have this problem very infrequently as well (400+ tabs).

I have also been experiencing this problem (100+ tabs) on browser startup, and on top of it, all the tabs leave the panels that they're assigned to and gather in the default panel instead...

I gave up and switched to Simple Tab Groups; it's similar enough and super stable. This extension here, however is also good when it works!

I believe I am experiencing the same issue.

I have about 40 tabs regularly open, 30 in my "default" panel, and 10 in a specifically setup panel. I also utilize tree hiearchy within these panels to organize my tabs. I restart my computer a couple times a day (Linux for work, Windows for play), and a couple times a week I'll notice upon starting up Firefox that all 40 of the tabs have "reset" into the default panel and flattened to the root hiearchy level. It's as if Sidebery is losing all of it's metadata for where the tabs are supposed to be. I only had one group tab but I see the group is still here, but empty - same as described in this ticket.

Can confirm this. I only have a few panels with a few tabs in them and once in an hour or so all the structure is gone - all tabs are being moved to single panel. Win 10 x64, FF 96.

I have this issue, but no flattening, so, I think, this is two different issues
