Settings for configuring tab[s] position when duplicating

Description

In Settings> Mouse> Tab actions> Middle click on tab, there is an option called duplicate as a child, which opens a duplicate as the last child. This should be changed to first child (or both options should be provided) to make the original and the duplicate near each other in case the original has children.
