Drag-and-drop tabs to outside sidebar does not work a second time

Steps to reproduce

• Open Firefox in a new profile
• Install Sidebery
• Open at least 3 tabs
• Drag a tab to outside the sidebar
• In the same window drag a second tab to outside the sidebar

Actual behavior

Only the first drag opens a new window. The second drag has no effect

Expected behavior

Both drags should have the same behaviour, opening a new window.
